Hogue rubber grips are molded from durable synthetic rubber that is neither spongy nor tacky yet provides a soft recoil absorbing feel without affecting accuracy. This modern rubber requires a completely different molding process than ordinary neoprene resulting in a much superior grip. The flexibility of the materials and molding process has allowed us to produce rubber grips with features that out perform all other makes.
Hogue nylon grips are extremely durable and will last a lifetime of hard use. The solidity of this material lends itself to being able to be worked like wood, allowing a user to customize their own grip by filing, drilling, sanding, etc. Nylon grips are not tacky and will not snag clothing, nor do they telegraph the location of a concealed handgun. These features make these grips an excellent choice for law enforcement. Because nylon grips have specialized uses, only selected models are available in nylon.
